Pursuing Alternative Dispute Resolution

Many matters are appropriate for alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or conciliation, if both parties are willing to cooperate and provide transparency, including with respect to financial matters. When clients are interested in pursuing alternative dispute resolution, we provide wise counsel about the best time and manner to do so, which may involve our direct involvement and attendance at mediation sessions or assisting and advising from the side lines.
